Reporting directly to the Vice President for Student Development & Campus Life, the Dean for Enrollment Management provides vision and direction for the achievement of the University’s strategic enrollment goals. The Dean organizes, plans and directs the enrollment management services including: Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Academic Advising, Educational Opportunity Fund Programs, New Student Experience, and Academic Development and Assessment. The University’s enrollment management program has guided its projected growth to an enrollment of 18,000 and has developed support structures to sustain high retention and graduation rates and corresponding levels of student satisfaction. Using a coalition of University resources the Dean provides the leadership for an innovative enrollment management program based in best practices, integrated marketing, and institutional research including predictive modeling, financial aid strategies and technologically based recruitment initiatives. The Dean is expected to have a solid understanding of institutional enrollment software and data driven planning for the purpose of recruiting and retaining students.
